<p><strong>Pharmacological action</strong></p>
<p>Antiparasitic agent, albendazole has broad-spectrum insecticide activity, to nematodes, tapeworm,trematode strong drive to kill. Its mechanism is through the combined with microtubule protein which in the worms’ body to prevent it combine with a-tubulin polymerization of microtubules, thus affect the mitosis of the worm, assembly of protein and energy metabolism, cell reproduction.<br />
Ivermectin has good effect on the external parasite, especially the arthropod insects and nematode worms, mainly used for gastrointestinal nematodes, expulsion of lung nematodes and external parasites of pigs. The insecticide mechanism is to promote the presynaptic neurons release r -<br />
gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which opened the GABA mediated chloride ion channels.Chloride ion flow can reduce the membrane impedance, cause the postsynaptic membrane stationary potential slight depolarization, interfering with the nerve muscle between the signal<br />
transmission, paralyze the insect body, causes the insect’s body to die or be expelled from the body.</p>
<p><strong>Indication:</strong></p>
<p>It is mainly used to control parasitic diseases of pigs, horses, cattle, sheep,birds and other animals.</p>
<p><strong>Dosage:</strong></p>
<p>mix with feed: pig, 500g-1000g/ton feed.<br />
1.Sow and boar expel parasite once per quarter(totally 4 times a year), feed the animal by mixing with feed for 7 days each time, at 1kg/ton.<br />
2.The back-up male and female pig should expel parasite once before they were transferred into the breeding piggery, feed the animal by mixing with feed for 7 days each time, at 1kg/ton.<br />
3.Piglets of 50~60 day age should expel parasite once, feed the animal by mixing with feed for 7 days each time, at 500g/ton.<br />
4.Exotic pig should expel parasite once, feed the animal by mixing with feed for 7 days each time, at 500g-1000g/ton.<br />
5.pigs with severe illness use medicated feed for 7 days, stop for 7 days, and then use for 7 days again. After that, you can expel parasite regularly per 3 months, at 500g-1000g/ton.</p>
