Project Description
Nicarbazin 8%+ Maduramycin 0.75%
Prevention and control of coccidiosis in birds. Suitable for broilers, broilers and replacement cocks.
It is active against pathogenic coccidios of the genus Eimeria spp., Such as Eimeria tenella, Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria brunetti, Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria maxima, Eimeria mitis, Eimeria mivati, causing severe economic damages
COMPOSITION:
Each 1 kg contain:
Nicarbazin 80 g
Maduramyin 7.5 g
Excipients 912.5 g
Pharmacological action
The active principles areconstituted by abimolecular complex of 4,4 dinitrocarbanilide and 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine and an ionophore. Both act synergistically, as they alter the different biological functions of coccidia. Nicarbazin acts by altering the energetic metabolism of theparasite, inhibiting the synthesis of folic acid. Maduramycin affects the transport of ions through the membrane of the parasite that causes anionic imbalance and depletes theenergy reserves. The over-dependence of theenergy metabolism, combined with the alteration of the same, causes thedeath of the parasite. Together, they act on the sporozoites and during the first and last sexual phases of thecoccidiosis of birds, as well as on the second generation of schizonts, achieving a significant reduction of the oocyst count.
MODEOF ADMINISTRATION
Orally, It can be used as an ingredient in the preparation of nuclei, dietary correctors, premixes, food supplements or complete foods. Once dosed it must be mixed properly to ensure homogeneity of the preparation. In chickens for fattening, the administration is continuous until its pre-slaughter retreat; In replacement cocks is continuous from the first day of life to 16 weeks of age.
Dosage:
500 g of nicarbazin 8%+maduramycin 0.75% premix per ton of final feed. Consult with the veterinarian, to adjust the dosage according to the needs of the case to be treated.
