Project Description
Tilmicosin Phosphate 25% WSP
For the treatment and preventation of the respiratory infection in Pigs,Chickens,Turkeys and Calves.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Tilmicosin
COMPOSITION: Each gram contains 250 mg Tilmicosin(based on tilmicosin phosphate).
Pharmacological action:
Pharmacology Tilmicosin is an animal-specific macrolide antibiotics , has strong antibacterial function on mycoplasma, and shows similar function to tylosin, for example, staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus), streptococcus, pneumococcus, anthrax, erysipelas, lester bacteria, clostridium septicum, clostridium chauvoeisensitive etc G+ bacteria, and haemophilus, neisseria meningitidis, pasteurella multocida etc G- bacteria. Tilmicosin to actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella and mycoplasma activity is higher than tylosin. 95% hemolytic pasteurella multocida strains are sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetic Tilmicosin orally taken is absorbed fast. It has strong tissues penetration force, distribution volume is large (greater than 2L/kg), has high concentration in lung. Half-life period can reach 1~2 days, effective blood drug concentration maintain a long time.
